Land Art in the style of Andy Goldsworthy

Have you heard of the British artist Andy Goldsworthy?

He uses things he finds in nature, such as sticks, stones, leaves and flowers, to make beautiful artworks. Last week, members of 4-6 made their own land art in the school garden.

Although we didn’t have many different materials to work with because the garden isn’t very colourful at this time of year, the results were still stunning.

Well done everyone!

I think Andy Goldsworthy himself would be impressed with this decorated tree trunk.
A fantastic cat portrait using many different natural materials.
An abstract arrangement of flowers, moss and stones.
The pebbles look as if they are glowing!
